  5. Groupon’s customer support online doesn’t work. Each time I click on need help it only show specific topics and there is not way to go further. It claims to be so supportive but it’s not. I finally found a customer service number but it is only a recording directing to the same useless site. The website says you can talk to a live person but that is not true. It’s so frustrating so mow I’m going to try to email. Hopefully that works.

  6. Received 2 orders of same items

    Nov. 24th placed an order for 2 sets of queen size sheets, one blue and one bone. Dec. 2nd received 2 sets of blue sheets and the next day 2 sets of bone sheets. They were charged to 2 different credit cards. I did not place an order for the extra 2 sets of sheets. I need to return the extra sets and have my accounted credited.

  10. An order was placed the first week of March for a food special(6 meals) which we never received. We were billed on March 9th on our credit card in the amount of $21.00. You make it almost impossible to speak to a live person. Please – either send the product or credit us for the amount due!
